As a GIS mapping specialist, Samuel produces maps as well as taking aerial photos with drones, and programming. He is from Stillwater, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2018. As a kid, he discovered his love for maps when he read the Chronicles of Narnia and the Lord of the Rings. Through college, Samuel found his passion for working outdoors and forestry as an assistant arborist at OSU. He updated their entire tree inventory of 4,000+ trees with species identification and measurements in two years. His hobbies are drawing maps and comics, learning languages, collecting pressed leaves, playing RTS games, and reading philosophy and history books. Samuel has studied French, Spanish, Latin, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Indonesian with plans for more.
