As Director of Natural Resources and Regulatory Compliance, Blayne manages our Permitting Department to ensure our clients maintain regulatory and environmental compliance throughout implementation of their projects. Blayne is experienced in permitting, environmental and regulatory requirements for a wide array of industries including oil and gas, renewable energy, agriculture, wildlife/fisheries management and a number of other natural resource focused industries. He has extensive experience with Environmental Assessments, Environmental Due Diligences, Endangered Species Surveys, Environmental Remediation and Waters of the United States permitting.
Blayne was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma and is a proud alumni of Oklahoma State University. Blayne has a love for most sports and passionately cheers on the Houston Astros, St. Louis Blues, and Oklahoma City Thunder. He is a proud member of the Audubon Society, Wildlife Society, American Fisheries Society, and the Society of Wetland Scientists. Most of Blayne’s free time is spent fishing, birding, or spending time with his family.
